The way western take care of pets is like as if they were their babies.
They sleep with them, eat with them and even go on holidays together.

Dog giving birth also want to send to the hospital.

Buying food also must buy 'specially formulated' food.

The animals' living space also must be so posh.

For most asians, or the ones I know of,

Throw them in a cage or let them run wild.

Stock their food dish with raw/cooked chicken liver and some rice.

Just prepare cardboard boxes on the floor for them to give birth on.

My dad got another hamster AGAIN
I see like something not right la
I did some online searching and they all said that Syrian hamster must be isolated as they will fight to the death.
And something even more stupid: they can live together as babies but will fight to the death when they grow up.
Thats just plain stupid to me.
I bought them fully grown and living in a cramped transparent box.
If they were isolated how they mate or give birth or socialize.eesh~
just another excuse so that your hamster wont breed.

My stupidest msitake was asking help from people on Yahoo Answers.
They said, 'you don't know much about hamster and you don't deserve to keep one'
If I knew EVERYTHING aboout hamsters then i OBVIOUSLY wouldn't be asking.

Western and Asian cultures are just the total opposites of each other.
We do one thing and they go 'ewwww'
They do one thing and we go 'ewwww'
Yet they like to steal asian designs(yes, being stereotypical)
