drink water or juice if you need some flavour.
drinking liquids fill you up faster and doesnt add much unnecessary weight.

hide tempting foods up on high shelvesso that you'll feel lazy to get them and you most likely wont see them as often

your last resort would be to go on a veggie diet for about a month.
the first week is the hardest but after a while,
your body gets used to it and you will start detoxing and lose up to 3kgs in 2 weeks.
i swear it works cause ive tried it
but....
