I've dealt with many emotional distress but it still doesn't make it any easier.
When you're heart is broken, you're literally killing yourself slowly.
I won't explain the science of that here
But I've dealt with it.
I've been occupying myself with watching movies, series, dramas
playing DDR,
baking/cooking,
and chatting to my new friend, Marshall xD
This way I have the least chance to think about him and it makes moving on a lot easier.
I really wanna thank the people who have put up with my mood swings and random crying on the phone <3
