I just finished watching an episode of

It was about a couple who got a strange disease.
The guy was a white man and his spouse was a black woman.

Before the woman went into a coma, she had a hallucination about the guy's father telling her to stay away from his son and then he wanted to break his son's arm
House wanted to do a biopsy on the woman but the man wouldn't give consent.
He said to wait till he's in a coma then do the biopsy on him

but House wouldn't take no for an answer.

The man said

to stop giving him treatment so that he could get a coma faster

and

"i would die for her"

After a long debate, House realized something queer about their eyes and the hallucination of the girl about the guy's father.
Well, the couple's problem was a genetic defect and the reason that they both ironically have it is cause they're half brothers and sisters.

The girl went hysterical saying

"People always talk about how our eyes are so similar"

and

"I'm whiter than both my parents"

Of course the outcome after that needs no further explanation.

I don't know which sucks worst
The fact that the woman he loves is his half sister and its morally wrong to be together

or

the fact (in House's word) that he's been 'humping his sister'
