just an update

today had the PRS fair and we sold tiramisu..the sales at first was so slow and i started to get worried that we couldnt sell them all but when it was like the last few..i got reli excited and happy and just kept on asking ppl to buy.helmi helped too of course. xD

and i got a brand new full length mirror!!! and i just realized that i have 3 mirrors in my room now.hahahahaha

ooohhh!! and i saw a treadmill on sale in gdg for only $83!!! i want!!! T.T

STI - Scuba-Tech International

As some of you may know,

i had life a brief scuba diving lesson when i slept over at the empire hotel about 6 months ago

-

since then, i've been informed af alot of special scuba diving events

but today, i received the weirdest email from the Fraser McDemott who is the General Manager of Scuba Tech

the letter said,

Hi Guys,This is a quick message to update you all on the situation at STi.

-

As a cost cutting excersise the owners Yusrin & Ameenah sent all the STi staff home to The philippines in the clothes they stood up in and no notice, no salary and no thanks, giving them only a $15 ticket to Labuan, where from that is was the staff's own problem to get home, with no money in their pockets.

-

I in protest left two days later, fearing that the same may happen to me. At this time they owe me salaries for 2 months, and comission from January to now.

-

To be honest the owners have financial problems beyond belief, with creditors chasing them every which way, they are morally bankrupt, and i have first hand witnessed them steal $100,000 BND from a singapore group of investors who invested and purchased Scuba Tech in September last year and then were chased out of the country by Yusrin and Ameenah on false charges. These people have no morals.

They have told me of every previous instructor being a theif etc. as i am sure once I am gone they will say about me also. i am only sure that those that know me will may rest assured this is untrue.

Be advised that the compressor needs service, and is nearing safe limits. I would suggest that now i am not there to guarantee quality, you think seriously about your own health before diving with STi, also pleasze remember they have NO qualified staff, no DM and no Instructor.

I suggest any and all that wish to continue diving in Brunei contact the BSAC Dive club in Muara, they dive from the yacht club.

For all those who have not finished their courses. i would suggest that you insist on a refund, although in fairness i wish you good luck obtaining it from a company that can not even pay their staff, does not service their gear, has creditor calling daily, and has had both their cars reposessed by the bank in one month, and sold one of their dive boats to pay for the owners

thats seriously how low of an expectation i have for Brunei

first absent from school

i wasnt reli feeling well on the way to school and i asked my mum if she could bring me to the doct's after school.
but like during that 20 min drive there, i started to get more and more uneasy and decided to just go home then go to the doctors.

so now ive got icky antibiotics and my mum plus her cousin in law went to Dynasty to eat Dim Sum while dragging me along.

today in GP class, teacher showed us this video about the Helios Flight air crash

aka Ghost Plane

a small error was made during maintenance check which made everything go horribly wrong.

well, summary is that everyone in the plane fell unconscious. No one was flying the plane, ergo, ghost plane..

one of the plane's engines failed and it crashed killing everyone on board which is 121 people.

The really stupid thing is that I'm going overseas in like 2 weeks and he shows us THAT video now~

Firstly,

secondly,

i had my first taste of what's it like to smoke

my friend smoked in front of me and my curiousity was killing me

so i asked him to let me try ONE puff

i thought i would gag and cough but fortunately i didn't

I sucked it in just once and

i felt somewhat excited when i saw the smoke coming out of my mouth

then it was like minty cause there was menthol in it

I kept going,

"omg!! i just smoked!! I JUST SMOKED!!!!"

then few seconds later, the bitterness began to envelope in my mouth

I was absolutely disgusted by it!!

I quickly went to the pipe and rinsed my mouth out till the taste was gone

honestly, an interesting experience but its not something i would like to try again

JUST SO YOU KNOW!!!

i'm not talking about this to encourage you to smoke

i know its bad but i know my limits and i think i have pretty good self control
i swear that it was a one time thing and i will NEVER repeat it again

the tiring week of May(i mean the month)

the 3 days of PRS orientations are finally over!!!!

thank god man

the orientations are fun la

first day,

some guest speakers came and talked about what is the meaning of being a PRS member.

-

On the second day,

we had some activities like memorizing names of people from another group and if you got them wrong, you had to blow a balloon till it pops.happened to me >.<

then second activity was that random topics were given to us. Like smoking, breast cancer, HIV AIDS, child abuse and etc. We had to present about it and do all the preperation in 20 minutes.

-

On the third day,

well we were given songs in advance(as in a week ago) and we had to interpret it by singing or acting or something. Most were really funny. My group got the song If I Were A Boy by Beyonce ft R Kelly.

I had to act out a fight scene and pretennd to be shouting but i cant speak. its like being deaf. and the guy i had to fight with was Aiman and he's like so tall and so huge. I told him not to stand too close cause it would be so awkward for me to look up xD

I'm glad that the orientations are over cause staying in shcool form 7.15am to 5pm...
